About This Site

Finding a Fulton County booking photo or recent arrest record depends on knowing which office holds it and which system covers the person’s custody stage. This private reference site organizes the official sheriff, jail, court, corrections, and records-request paths in one place. We do not host mugshot galleries or copy booking photographs.

Why This Guide Exists

Indiana law provides access to many government records, but it does not place every arrest record or photograph in one online database. The Fulton County Sheriff’s Office creates the county jail intake record and directs current-custody searches to its mobile app. The Indiana Department of Correction handles records for people serving state sentences, while MyCase and the Fulton County Clerk show what happened after a charge reached court. A focused public-record request covers records that are not displayed online. We bring those official paths, practical lookup steps, and agency contacts together without maintaining a photo collection of our own.

What the Pages Cover

The guides separate current jail custody from older bookings, court cases, and state or federal confinement:

  • The home page explains recent bookings, the app-based jail roster, booking-photo requests, Indiana access law, and free correction or removal routes.
  • Separate Rochester, Akron, and Kewanna pages identify which municipal agency holds an incident report and why the Fulton County Jail holds the booking record.
  • Step-by-step directions distinguish the sheriff app from the Indiana Department of Correction, MyCase, BOP, and ICE search tools.
  • The Most Wanted Fugitives guide explains how to confirm a possible warrant and report information safely.

Limits of This Service

This is a privately operated reference site. We are not connected with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office, Fulton County Jail, Indiana Department of Correction, any court, or any other government agency.

  • We cannot release, detain, or transfer a person in custody.
  • We cannot post bond, arrange a visit, or send funds for anyone.
  • We cannot provide legal advice or represent a person in court.
  • We cannot promise that an outside office’s contact details, fees, or procedures have not changed.

Only the responsible sheriff, correctional agency, or court can officially confirm custody, charges, release, or case disposition. Our pages can identify the likely source, but confirmation must come from that office.

Outside Search Partners

Some pages contain search boxes operated by third-party providers. Those companies control their own results and prices. If a visitor follows a tool to a paid subscription, we may receive a referral fee that helps keep these guides available without charge. We do not set the partner’s fees or control the records it returns.
